I think that my 10-minute drawing is stronger than my 1-minute drawing. Obviously, the extra time I had made my drawing better. That way I was able to go back and add things I had forgotten and added little details. Also, because drawing the same still life over and over helped me practice so the repeating made it look better. I was able to take my time to utilize space and the size of the objects in the 10-minute drawing. The line gesture I used was varied, some thin lines, some thick. I had a cube shaped glass piece in my still life so I used darker lines for the front part of the glass piece and lighter thin lines for the back part that you could not see well in real life. I used scribbled line on the darker parts of the image, or on text that was on my candle in the still life. I used sustained gesture by going back to add things or switch things a little bit.
